I’m a curious, self-driven product designer who turns complex systems into clear, useful experiences. I’m especially interested in emerging technology, social impact, and products that strengthen communities. My work spans the full product design process — from understanding user and business needs to designing workflows, prototyping solutions, collaborating with developers, and refining experiences in production.

My path into design began at AT&T, where I watched customers struggle with their customer application. That experience sparked my interest in how technology is designed, not just how it’s developed. I went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and an Advanced Software Developer Certificate from the University of Phoenix, then continued developing my design practice through Google, Uxcel, and other professional learning resources.
